Terms and Conditions – 500 Vintage Ride

1. Object

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services offered by the website https://500vintageride.it and the booking of tours in a vintage Fiat 500.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made online through the website. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with all the details.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour. After this time, the fee is non-refundable.

4. Changes or cancellations by the organization

In case of inclement weather or force majeure, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the tour. In this case, a full refund or date change will be offered.

5. Responsibility

The user participates in the tour at his or her own risk. 500 Vintage Ride is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of vehicles or behavior contrary to traffic regulations.

6. Payments

Payments can be made securely online using supported methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

7. Competent court

The Court of Nuoro will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
